Oblomov

The name of the hero of the novel "Oblomov" by Ivan Goncharov has become a common noun, and the concept of "Oblomovism" has become commonplace. Who is he? The author writes: "It was a man of thirty-two or three of a kind, of medium height, of a pleasant appearance, with dark gray eyes, but with the absence of any definite idea, of all concentration in facial features."
